INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The firm must have minimum 7 (seven) years of overall experience in Govt./Autonomous Sector as Prime contractor.
2. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. Working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 65 (Sixty-Five) Lakh.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 1(one) Crore over the last three years.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consulting Service of at least two contracts of similar nature and methods/technology completed over a period of 2 (two) years each with a value of at least of Tk 75 (seventy five) lakh taka shall be required.
5. The firm must have technical resources and facilities available to (list of staff, IT equipment, furniture, vehicle, camera, Machineries etc.) deliver the required items.
6. Required designs must be submitted as applicable.
7. The firm should have valid up-to date- trade licenses Taxpayer's Identification Number (TIN), Certificate of Incorporation, VAT registration certificate, and Bank Solvency Certificate.
8. The firm needs to submit audit reports of last 3 (three) consecutive Years.
