INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a)The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 5 years.(b)Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction of sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) of at least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least 240.50 lac in a single contract in any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/Private Organization of Bangladesh.In case of private sector experience the supplier must submit the vetted certificate by concerned PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work.(c). The minimum running sewerage treatment plant is 01 (One) no. per year for the last 03 (Three) years; each capacity not less than 360m^3/day (d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk. 447.00 lakh. (d) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk 115.00 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 3A-7) in Original form which must be unconditional (e) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 255.85 lakh (g)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, GOB (h) The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the Section 2 ,4,7.8 & 9 in the Document Tab. Minimum 60 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified. |
