As mentioned in the Proposal Document and shall meet the following qualifying criteria:
(a)The minimum period of General Experience of the Tenderer is 05 (Five) years prior to the application submission deadline.
(b) The minimum period of Specific experience of the tenderer is 03 (three) years as an operator/owner of a Bonafide Restaurant or Coffee Shop in least 5 (five) years prior to application submission deadline.
(c) The required average annual Turnover shall be Tk 20.00 (Twenty) lacs over the last 5 (Five) years.
(d)The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid assets) and/or credit facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 16.00 (sixteen) lacs |

The platform for the operation of the paddle boats has to be built by the lessee at the specific location beside the Coffee Corner. The quality of paddle boats must be approved by the concerned Authority of PWD. |
