INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) Reputed Construction firms who have minimum 3 years of General Experience in building construction works.
(b) Having Experience in successful completion of al least 1 number of building work of Tk 5 core in a single work order in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Public Private Partnership (PPP) organization of Bangladesh during last 3 years.
(c) A joint venture or consortium firm shall be allowed.
(d) No overwriting and erasing will be accepted.
(e) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 3 years of Tk. 7 corer only.
(f) Certificate for Bank Credit Limit Tk. 5 Crore.
(g) The tenderer must possess Up to date trade license. Income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
(h) Construction firms having experience or enlisted with PWD/LGED and other government engineering organization.
(i) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of Tender Documents. |
