It is notified for all concerned that the following amendments are hereby made in the Request for Bids (RFB) of ‘Road and Storm Water Network for Mirsarai-2A EZ, Package No.: WD-1-BSMSN-BEZA’ :
1 Bill of Quantities (BOQ); Bill No.2, Item No.22 Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/ Plain/ Reinforced concrete retaining wall, abutment, wing/ return wall, with 50 - 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of structure with slope 1V : 20H towards draining face including hand packing of 0.85 cum pervious backfill material (40mm - 63mm sized 1st class/picked brick) wrapped in filter fabric in the back of each weep hole etc. all compete as per direction of the E-I-C.
[Cost of PVC pipe is included in this item and shall not be paid separately.]

2 Section IX: Particular Condition of Contract, Page No-209 of Bidding Document The Lump Sum price of the contractor’s facilities of the BOQ Item no. 1.02 Amended: ‘Item no. 1.02’ is deleted.
All other terms & conditions as laid down in the Request for Bid (RFB) will remain unchanged.
This Addendum notice shall form a part and parcel of the Request for Bid (RFB).
