INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Construction works Experience of Tk. 1.10 (One point One Zero) Crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during best three (3) years in the last five (5) years of Tk. 1.00 (One) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1.55 (One point Five Five) Crore in the form PW2a-3 (Failing to submit in PW2a-3 will make the tenderer non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.1.15 (One point one five) Crore. To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned.
(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
