Contractors, who have :
(i) The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, financial resources (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirement estimated as US$ 3,500,000.00 equivalentfor the subject contract(s), net of the Bidder’s other commitments. The documentary evidence shall be in the form of supporting letter(s) issued by the bidder’s bank/financial institution confirming that the above-specified minimum amount is available through lines of credit and/or funds in the bidder’s bank account for use in the execution of the specific contract if awarded to the bidder.
ii) Minimum average annual construction turnover of US$ 15,000,000.00 equivalent, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within three (3) best of the last five (5) years, divided by three (3) years,
iii) Experience under construction contracts in the role of prime contractor, JV member, sub-contractor, or management contractor for at least eight (8) years in the last ten (10) years, starting 1st January 2012.
iv) A minimum number of similar contracts specified below that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member , management contractor or sub-contractor between 1st January 2012 and Bid submission deadline:
(a) 01 contract for construction of multi storied buildings (minimum 15,000 m2) of minimum value USD 20,000,000 equivalent (USD Twenty Million equivalent);
OR
(b) Two (2) contracts for construction of multi storied buildings (minimum 10,000 m2),Each of minimum value USD 11,000,000.00 equivalentand
For both cases, each Contract should include the following key construction activity:
a) Minimun RCC works of 5000 m3/year or 10000 m3 within 2 years
b) Minimum earthworks of 7000 m3/year
c) Minimum of 500 piles (of 450 mm dia) per year or 1000 piles completed within two years
d) Construction of building with minimum basement area of 1,500 sqm completed within 1-2 years
e) Pavement work of minimum area of 5,000 sqm within two years
f) The key activities are: works related to concreting, Piling, earthwork, steel/Structural steel work, Road works (Bitumen or RCC), and MEP works.
g) One (1) contract for design &construction of pontoon, and/or link span, and/or ramp, and/or jetty. The contract must be of Minimum value of contractUSD 4,500,000.00 equivalent. and it should include the following key construction activity:
