The bidder shall have minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of USD 70 million (Seventy million) for the contract calculated as total certified payments received for contract in progress or completed within the last five years. Requirement of minimum amount of liquid assets of the bidder shall be USD 12 million (Twelve million) for the contract. Participated in at least one (1) Contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 07 (Seven) years and that is similar to the proposed highway standard road and structure works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds USD 105 Million (One Hundred Five million) for the contract. The similarity of the Bidder’s participation based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology, or other characteristics as described in Section 6, Employer’s Requirements. The complete eligibility and qualification requirements are stipulated in Section III: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. |

(v) Bridges 05 nos. (vi) Toll Plaza (vii) Misc. works items of Sign Signal, Guide Post, Road Marking etc. Part-2: Maintenance Phase: Performance Based Maintenance of road from Khadim to Bagerbazar Ch. Km. 238+100 to Km. 259+800 (21.7 km.) to a 4-Lane Highway along with Slow Moving Vehicular Traffic (SMVT) Lane. Completion time for the contract is 1460 days from the date of Commencement. |
