INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1) General Experience
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
2) Specific Experience
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 2 lane 4 km /40,000 Sqm elevated road/bridge/flyover under a single construction contract successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, with a value of at least BDT 8000 (Eight Thousand) Million or USD 95 Million.
3) Average Annual Construction Turnover
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 5000 (Five Thousand) Million or USD 59 Million over the last 3(Three) years.
4) Liquid assets
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 1000 (One Thousand ) Million or USD 12 Million
(In case of credit lines, standard Form for Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW7A-6A) shall be used by the bank without alteration of any text)
5) Tender Capacity
The minimum tender capacity shall be: BDT 9500 (Nine Thousand Five Hundred) million or USD 112 million
6) Personnel Capacity: As mentioned in TDS of Tender Documents
7) Equipment Capacity :As mentioned in TDS of Tender Documents
