INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

1.Upto date Trade License. 2. Upto Date Valid VAT Registration Certificate. 3. Upto Date INCOME TAX Clearance Certificate 4. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover per year Tk.800 lac , during last 5 (five) years . Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities Tk.160 lac, of the tenderer shall be. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose. 6. Up-to date ABC category Original money receipt must be enclosed with the tender.and also submit upto date contractor and supervisory license from electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. 7.Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 05 years of general experience in construction works having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least1(one) number of RCC building Construction works to in a single contract amount taka 575 lac during last 5(five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh .In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the works don eunder Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization otherthan PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verifie by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. 8. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk, 715 lac
