The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following :-
a) Reputed contractors/Construction firm who have 05 (Five) years of general Experience in the construction Work and Deep Tube-well Works.
b) In case of JVCA eligibility and other conditions are shown in Tender Data sheet of Tender Document.
c) The similar work should be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh during last 05 (Five) years in a single contract.
d) The required minimum average annual construction turnover Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lakh over last 05 (Five) years.
e) The Minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of tenderer shall be Tk. 40.00 (Fourty) Lakh.
f) Tenderer must have up to date Income Tax clearance certificate from the concern office.
g) Tenderers must have valid VAT registration Certificate from the concern office.
h) Tenderers must have up to date trade License.
i) Firms who are in the Debarment List of National Housing Authority will not be eligible for responsiveness during Tender Evaluation Process.
