The Consultant (s) shall meet the following eligibility, experience/qualification criteria:
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience in consultancy service as Prime Consultant shall be 10 years: years counting backward from the date of submission of EOI (2) The consulting firms as Prime Consultant shall have experience in consultancy service to set up minimum 1 (One) ISO accredited laboratory during the last 10 years: Years counting backward from the date of submission of EOI (3) Submit a summary of consultancy services of similar nature completed in last 10 years. Completion certificate of the same shall be submitted. (4) All Certificates of consultancy services shall be submitted having address, telephone and fax no and email of the clients and shall include name, location, description & duration of services provided. (5) Applicants shall have updated trade license, vat registration certificate, income tax certificate, trade & organizational enrollment/certificate of incorporation & legal capacity to perform the services. (6) The consulting firm shall have requisite number of appropriate & experienced key professionals as mentioned in the ToR. (7) The consulting firms shall submit Financial Statement for last 3 years (before 2023-24). (8) The consulting firms shall submit a bank solvency certificate. (9) Others as detailed in ToR. |
