| Brief Description of Assignment |

The required work/Services are subject to but not limited to the following conditions:
? Detailed digital survey & Inspection Report of the proposed RAJUK School & College at Sector-17, Block-H1, Road-01, Plot-INS-17H1-01-01, Uttara 3rd Phase Project.
? Provide Feasibility Study Report of the project along with Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Geotechnical Analysis of the areas.
? Preparation of Detailed layout design of the RAJUK School & College at Sector-17, Block-H1, Road-01, Plot-INS-17H1-01-01, Uttara 3rd Phase Project
? Preparation of Detailed Architectural, Structural, MEP Design, HVAC Design
? Preparation of Detailed Fire Protection & Safety, Landscape & Site Development layout.
? Preparation of Detailed Cost Estimation, Budget Report, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Project Proposal (DPP) of the Project.
? Preparation of tender documents & Final Report Submission |

? Consulting firm with minimum 10 (Ten) years experience in consultancy services.
? Should have Design Experience of at least 02 (Two) Nos of School/ College/ University/Educational Institute or similar nature of work within last 10 (Ten) years.
? Should have experience of preparing at least 02 (Two) Feasibility Study.
? At least one female architect should be involved in design team.
? Provision of sufficient facilities at the workplace of the organization and proof of special skills and presentation of Legal Documents and Certificates including Company Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, Trade License up to date, Financial Statement (2022-23,2023-24,2024-2025,), Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT certificate
? List of similar projects (with completion certificate from the procuring entity)
? Ensuring availability of experienced, professional and qualified technical personnels for the task.
? Ensuring necessary capabilities and facilities to perform the assigned functions.
? Institutional capacity, administrative capacity, logistics (office space, equipment inventory, transport etc) and financial capacity. |

Phase-01:Duration 06 Months
1. A consulting firm will be finally selected as per Public Procurement Act, 2006 and Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
2. Initial/short listed organizations will be requested to submit detailed technical and financial proposal later.
3. Consultancy Firms may be associated with other Firms for qualification enhancement. Joined Venture Proposal will be accepted as per PPR, 2008.
4. The original expression of interest should be sent to the specified address in the envelope titled
