| Brief Description of Assignment |

The required work/Services are subject to but not limited to the following conditions:
* Provide Project Inception Report, Feasibility Study and Conceptual Architectural Design of Commercial Building
* Provide Architectural Design, Structural Design Development, Preliminary Electro-Mechanical & Plumbing Design and Environmental and Geo-technical Analysis of this site.
* Preparation of Detailed Structural Plan, Electro-Mechanical, HVAC AMD Plumbing Design, Fire protection and Safety Plan, Landscape & site development Plan.
* Preparation of Cost Estimation & Budget Report, Detailed Project Proposal (DPP) Preparation & Review & Revisions.
* Preparation of Final Tender Document, Procurement Strategy Report, Finalized Drawings.
* Preparation of Complete Tender Documents, Final Report & Project Handover, Project Handout.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

* Consulting firm with minimum 10 (Ten) years experience in consultancy services.
* Should have Design Experience of at least 02 (Two) Nos of Commercial Building Design within last 10 (Ten) years.
* Should have experience of preparing at least 02 (Two) Feasibility Study on 02 (Two) Nos of Commercial/High-rise Building Design or similar nature of work within last 10 (Ten) years.
* Provision of sufficient facilities at the workplace of the organization and proof of special skills and presentation of Legal Documents and Certificates including Company Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, Trade License up to date, Financial Statement (2022-23,2023-24.2024-2025), Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT certificate
* List of similar projects (with completion certificate from the procuring entity)
* Ensuring availability of experienced, professional and qualified technical personnels for the task.
* Ensuring necessary capabilities and facilities to perform the assigned functions.
* Institutional capacity, administrative capacity, logistics (office space, equipment inventory, transport etc.) and financial capacity.

Phase-02: Duration 24 Months
1. A consulting firm will be finally selected as per Public Procurement Act, 2006 and Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
2. Initial/short listed organizations will be requested to submit detailed technical and financial proposal later.
3. Consultancy Firms may be associated with other Firms for qualification enhancement. Joined Venture Proposal will be accepted as per PPR, 2008.
4. The original expression of interest should be sent to the specified address in the envelope titled
