INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, under the Strengthening Public Financial Management Program (SPFMS), seeks to engage a qualified training institution/firm for the delivery of training on IPSAS Certification and IPSAS Diploma courses, participant registration with CIPFA and examination management along with certification. The assignment will run for six months and cover both IPSAS Certification and IPSAS Diploma courses. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Interested consulting firms should have the following criteria to be considered eligible:
1. Valid VAT Registration Certificate, trade license, TIN, and other applicable legal documents.
2. Legally registered organization with a minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in designing and delivering IPSAS related trainings.
3. Prior experience in conducting similar training for government institutions, NGOs, or donor-funded projects (advantageous).
4. Availability of qualified and experienced trainers with recognized subject-matter expertise in IPSAS.
5. Demonstrated financial capacity to pre-finance training activities until reimbursements are released.
6. Submission of the latest audited financial statements or a bank solvency certificate.
7. Declaration of no record of involvement in fraudulent, corrupt, or unethical practices.
8. Any other relevant documents supporting the qualifications for this assignment.
Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. |
