INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Development and Up-gradation of Existing Web Based Software (i) Artiste Management System (ii) Gate Pass Issuing System and (iii) FTP Content Management System for Bangladesh Television. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Intending firms have to submit the following documents along with EOI:
a) Brochure summarizing their facilities, areas of the expertise and general information including legal documents.
b) Availability of appropriate experience and professional qualifications among applicant’s staff and resources to carry out the assignment.
c) Minimum 10 (Ten) years proven experience in Software Development.
d) Last 5 (Five) years specific experiences for completing similar types of software development.
e) Must have experience in developing customized software and related services in Govt. Organization/Semi Govt. Organization/Telecom Operator/Bank/Recognized Corporate Organization worth minimum Tk. 6(six) million under a single contract in at least 2 (Two) instance completion/continuation in the last 5 (Five) years.
f) Must have experience to develop a largescale business enterprise solution with at least 2 (Two) implementation experience of that solution with minimum concurrent user 100.
g) At least 20+ software engineer availability in each year of the last 5 (Five) years.
h) Must have experience in developing Online Fund Transfer System.
i) Must submit all updated Trade License, VAT, TIN and Incorporation certificate(s).
j) Must have BASIS membership and any two valid ISO certificates from ISO:9001, ISO:20000-1 & ISO:27001.
k) Must have own Office and strong presence in Dhaka, Bangladesh with well-equipped service/support/system up gradation cell manned by adequate qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support of the proposed solution.
l) Last 2 (Two) years audit Report.
m) Must have minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital/credit facility Tk. 6(six) million.
n) Recent Bank Solvency Certificate from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh. |
