The specific objectives of the assignment include, but are not limited to:
• To identify status of Program indicators and result indicators of the seven implementing agencies as per the Program documents. To collect and analyze the baseline information on all results’ indicators.
• To provide insight into Program indicators covering crop diversification, GAP adoption, irrigation efficiency, digital services, entrepreneurship and resilience.
• To recommend strategies for efficient tracking of PDO achievements and DLRs.
