INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
To supervise the contracted civil works, including monitoring, inspection, and reporting activities of the designed works at Akhaura and Tamabil Boarder Crossing Points (BCPs). |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• BSc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public university/institutions of Bangladesh.
• Master’s will be added advantage.
• 15 years of general working experience in civil construction in national/ international company/organization. Experience of working with an international organization/ company will be advantageous.
• 8 years of project management experience in relevant assignments, for example: rigid pavement, building construction, and other similar nature of civil works.
• Working experience in similar assignment under development projects financed by Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) experience will be advantageous.
• Proven record of prior experience in leading team(s) of technical experts in managing/ implementing civil engineering projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and under time constraints.
• Excellent analytical and communications skills and ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Ability to provide the full range of operational assistance with independent responsibilities.
• Ability to build effective working relations with Client’s and colleagues. |

The consultants shall have to submit their EOIs electronically through the ADB CMS by 11:59 PM (Manila local time) on 24/04/2025.
