Minimum Qualification criteria:
1. Minimum 7 years of experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh.
2. Must have minimum 3 work experience with the government of Bangladesh or with development partners in Bangladesh or International organization or private sector where at least two contracts must be billing solution (Please provide work completion certificate along with a copy of the contract).
3. Minimum 05 years of experience for design, customization and implementation of web-based application in the government of Bangladesh or with development partners in Bangladesh or International organization or private sector (Please provide work completion certificate along with a copy of the contract).
4. The Consulting firm(s) must have experience in integration with Online Payment Gateway/banks/ MFS.
5. Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license, Register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
6. Average annual turnover is minimum of BDT 45 Lac in last 2 years. Please submit last 2 years audited financial statements.
7. Must have minimum liquid asset of BDT 40 Lac in last 2 years in form of credit line or working capital. Please submit last 2 years audited financial statements.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants and a “request for proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The tentative duration of the contract is 12 (Twelve) months (Subject to extension of the a2i project duration and availability of funds). |
