INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. Senior Consultant (Internal Audit): Responsible for guidance on financial accuracy, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Examine and improve operating practices, and financial and risk management processes of the organization and as per ToR.
2. Consultant (Internal Audit): The consultant will work with the Internal audit scheme team to provide technical assistance to the selected MDAs on internal audit and internal control operations. The consultant will further play a key role in the execution of Internal Audit in different IAU/MDAs. He/ She will conduct training/workshops for the officials of the selected departments in line with Sr. Consultants and as per ToR.
3. Junior Consultant (Data Entry Analyst): Responsible for collection, compilation and maintenance of financial and non-financial data and managing the database system and as per ToR. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

(1) Senior Consultant (Internal Audit): Educational Qualification: Masters in Accounting/ Finance /Economics/ Public Administration/ Public Policy/ Management/ Financial Management/ Business Administration or any other relevant discipline; Professional Qualification: Certified Internal Auditor / Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant / Cost & Management Accountant) Minimum 15 years of general experience in public sector or large private company; and at least 3 years of specific experience in Risk-Based internal audit function.
(2) Consultant (Internal Audit): Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration / Accounting / Finance / Economics / Financial Management with CIA / ACCA / CA Part Qualified. CIA/ACCA/CA/CPA Qualified (will be added advantage); Minimum 10 years of general experience in public sector or large private company; At least 3 years of specific experience in Risk-Based internal audit function.
(3) Junior Consultant (Data Entry Analyst): Graduation in any subject preferably in Computer Science (CS) / Computer Science Engineering (CSE) / Communication Technology (ICT) / IT related subject. Minimum 5 years' experience in data entry, analysis and management.
