| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Junior Consultant (ICT & HMIS) will be recruited on individual basis and the main objective of the consulting service (the Service) is to support the PANGOs under this project, covering 45 Partnership Areas. It is require bolstering the ongoing efforts in implementing and supporting ICT and Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) within the project. The consulting service will require about 204 working days inputs (intermittent). Experience, skills and educational qualification: The consultant must have a Master's Degree in health informatics/ public health/ data science, or ICT. The specialist should have a minimum of 7 (Seven) years of experience in data management where at least 3 (Three) years in DHIS2 with a particular emphasis on urban health, and preferable at a national level. Preference will be for individuals who have experience in the development of health information systems using DHIS2, notably with ADB/ World Bank or other donor funded projects.

"Duration:
The consulting service will require about 216 working days inputs (intermittent) and is expected to start from 01 January 2025 and end by 31 December 2025.
Duty Station:
The Junior Consultant (ICT & HMIS) will be stationed at the PMU office/ Homein Dhaka, Bangladesh and be required to travel to various PIUs, CRHCCs and PHCCs in and outside Dhaka as and when necessary.
