The minimum qualifications and experiences:
? The firm must be a registered company/entity with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the ICT business (Please provide work completion certificate/proper document in favor of your claim)
? Must have valid and up to date Trade license/ Register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT identification Number, & Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
? The firm must have membership Certificate of BASIS.
? The interested firm must have adequate number of IT professionals. Provide a list (Name, designation, years of experience, number of projects) of IT personals.
? The minimum average annual turnover is BDT 2 crore in the last 2 (Two) years. (Please submit the necessary document in this regard. For example, audited financial documents)
? The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 50 lac (Please submit the necessary document in this regard. for example, audited financial documents/credit line from bank)
? The firm must have 01 similar experience in development, deployment and support systems with relevant modules/components (Report generation, dashboard management, and data analytics etc. in Bangladesh in either the government or corporate/private sector (Please submit the Relevant contracts, URLs, and other documents)
? Must have submitted documents about the firms’ profiles, office setup, and other physical resources.
(Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate their interest in providing the service. Interested firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for providing such services can apply jointly but they must have legal agreement among them where one company needs to be lead. The joint venture company jointly needs to fulfil all conditions mentioned in this ToR. Joint-venture agreement needs to heave clear identification about each responsibility matrix along with IPR.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants and a “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The total duration of the contract is 12 (Twelve) months. (Subject to the extension of the Project and availability of the fund) |
