| Brief Description of Assignment |

Data Scientist [Package no- SD-7] [No of Posts.-01]:
a) Planning of the dashboarding of all data for the software to be developed for the project.
b) Develop and implement plans upon new data creation and data flow review to discover underlying data and change management.
c) Develop and implement plans for Data Driven Decision Making processes.
d) Review and implement the usefulness of data for practical application of ML/AI.
e) Perform any other duties assigned by the project authority.
Database Administrator [Package no- SD-11] [No of Posts.-01]:
a) Review the technical issues for the architecture, design and implementation of all software databases to be developed for the project and develop the necessary implementation documents and overseeing the execution progress.
b) Database admin user planning and implement user management.
c) Perform any other duties assigned by the project authority.

Data Scientist [Package no- SD-7] [Nos.-01]:
Educational: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ IT/ Statistics/ Mathematics or Master's Degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Statistics/ Data Science from any recognized University.
Experience:
(a) Should have 10 (ten) years working experience as Data Analyst.
(b) 05 (Five) years of working experience in data analysis and dashboarding using Excel, Python, R, SQL and JavaScript.
(c) Experience in Spatial Data Analysis and Visualization will be given preference.
(d) Should have Professional Certification as a Data Scientist from any International Organization.
Database Administrator [Package no- SD-11] [Nos.-01]:
Educational: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/IT or Master's Degree in Computer Science/IT/Database Administration from any recognized University.
Experience:
(a) Should have 10 (ten) years working experience in database design and administration.
(b) Should have 10 (ten) years working experience in RDBMS.
(c) Should have 05 (Five) years working experience in Spatial Database Design and Administration.
(d) Should have Professional Certification as Database Administrator from IBM/Microsoft/Oracle or equivalent International Organization. |

b) Applicants shall have to submit their EoI along with a forwarding letter, complete CV (in prescribed format) and relevant documents in support of educational qualification & experience in a sealed envelope clearly marked/labeled as “Expression of Interest for ‘Data Scientist [Package no- SD-7] or “Expression of Interest for Database Administrator [Package no- SD-11]” to the following address.
c) A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Act- 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules-2008 (as amended).
