1. Qualification Criteria
a. Completed Consultancy Services of minimum BDT 20 crore in a single project as a Lead Consultant/Joint Venture/Sub-consultant within last 5 years with any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Body’s Project related to Water based Infrastructure Development, Water and Sanitation Management, Coastal and Environment Protection covering Survey, Design, Supervision & Monitoring, EIA and Land Acquisition & Resettlement.
b. Consultancy Firm should have completion certificates of minimum BDT 50 crore in total within last 10 years in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Body’s Project.
c. Organization should have at least 5 no of completed consultancy work within last 10 years.
d. Organization(s) having Consultancy Services experience in Chattogram Metropolitan Area especially with Chattogram Development Authority (CDA), Chattoram City Corporation (CCC), CWASA etc. in related field will be preferred.
e. Organization(s) having established office with adequate capacity and functionality in CCC area will be preferred.
2. CDA now invites application from reputed Consultant Firms (Local) to indicate their interest in providing the necessary services. Application must include 1. Brochurs, 2. Description of Similar Assignment, 3. Experience in Similar Operating Condition, 4. Availability of appropriate professionals, qualified and experienced staff and any other relevant information showing applicant capacity. |

1. The Consultant may associate with other Consultant (Local) to enhance their capacity as per PPA-06 & PPR-08 guide lines.
2. Consultant will be short listed and subsequently selected following QCBS (Two Envelop) method as per Public Procurement Procedure of Government of Bangladesh.

2. Organization(s) having Consultancy Services experience in Chattogram Metropolitan Area especially with Chattogram Development Authority (CDA), Chattoram City Corporation (CCC), CWASA etc. and experience with similar type of organization elsewhere in the country in related field will be preferred. |
