INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The objective of this assignment is to conduct In-depth monitoring of Construction of gas pipeline from Dhanua to Mymensingh for the supply of gas to Mymensingh combined cycle power plant project. This assignment should be done according to approved TOR.
The firm must visit 100% of total project sites/areas physically.
The firm will investigate if the works are being done, goods are being procured and service is being received in compliance with the target stated in Development Project Proposal (DPP) & concern BOQ or Specification. The firm will also investigate if all procurement under the project are being processed in compliance with PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 and done with due approval.
The firm will submit a report showing progress of the project in articles/graphs/tables with the analyzation of the following:
• Static data of the project;
• Background of the project;
• Amendment of the project;
• Strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of the project;
• Output-level Achievement of the project;
• Methods of implementation of the project;
• Sustainability of project result;
• Operation and maintenance of created facilities.
After all, in the report the firm will express it’s observations and suggest measures for proper implementation of remaining targets.

• At least 05 (Five) years working experience in general;
• At least 03 (Three) years working experience in conducting in-depth monitoring or impact evaluation of project.

Interest to conduct the above mentioned Assignment must be expressed with a printed brochure containing:
• A letter expressing Interest to conduct the above mentioned Assignment;
• Attested Organizational profile;
• Details of experience;
• Academic qualification and professional experience in the relevant field of Necessary key persons in compliance with the TOR;
• Attested Legal Documents like a) update Trade license; b) updated income tax certificate; c) Annual tern-over; & d) Bank Solvency certificate.
