| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Entrepreneurship Masterclass, an initiative by the iDEA Project, aims to empower women entrepreneurs by providing essential knowledge and skills in e-commerce and business. Entrepreneurship involves starting, managing, and scaling a business, combining innovation, skills, and vision to create products or services that meet market demand and generate value for a target audience. This Masterclass will offer a platform for aspiring women entrepreneurs, regardless of their educational background or prior knowledge of entrepreneurship. The Training Management Firm will deliver training, mentoring, and consultancy services for women entrepreneurs across the country, supporting them in their entrepreneurial journey. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Consulting firm (Training Management Firm) must meet the following eligibility criteria with documentary proof of compliance:
1. Must be Bangladeshi firm having valid & up-to-date trade license, TIN certificate, VAT identification number & updated income tax payment/clearance certificate.
2. The Firm must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in organizing training or similar activities for Government or autonomous bodies organizations.
3. The firm must have provided two (02) similar national training services within the last five (05) years, including onsite, offline, and online training services.
4. The firm must have experience in providing at least one advanced training service.
5. The firm must have a minimum of Tk. 6 (six) crore in liquid assets or credit line facility.
6. The firm must be capable of providing a training environment equipped with facilities such as online access, multimedia equipment, power backup, network connectivity, and air conditioning.
7. The firm must have work experience with both local and international master trainers and mentors.
8. The firm shall have working experience with woman entrepreneurs.
9. The firm shall have the capability to create an artificial intelligence driven training management and evaluation process software.
10. Reasonably acceptable organizational profile having adequate permanent manpower and other office equipment and logistic support (Detailed profile of permanent manpower needs to be submitted separately).
11. Firm must have aggregate turnover of at least BDT 03 (three) crore in the last 3 (Three) years.
12. The firm will be allowed to take maximum three firms as a "joint-venture". The firm must declare one firm in this association as the "Lead Firm" & others are Associate
