| Brief Description of Assignment |

The scope of the assignment encompasses the development and deployment of the games publishing platform with the following key components:
Main Publishing Portal: The platform's main page will act as the central publishing portal where developers can upload and manage their games. This portal will offer a user-friendly interface for easy navigation and game submission.
Developer Recognition: By releasing their games on this platform, developers will have the opportunity to gain visibility and recognition within the gaming community and among their target audience. |

Development firm must meet the following eligibility criteria with documentary proof of compliance:
Must be a Bangladeshi firm having valid & up-to-date trade license, TIN certificate, VAT identification number & updated income tax payment/clearance certificate.
The firm must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing mobile game development services in local or global marketplaces. The experience will be counted backward from the date of publication of this notice.
The firm must have strong expertise in mobile game development, with a proven track record of delivering successful and popular games.
The bidder must have developed and published over 300 games on the web platform.
The company should have a history of collaborating on game development projects with both local and international businesses.
The firm must have published at least 10 mobile games on any globally recognized online marketplace (e.g., App Store, Google Play). The total number of downloads for any published game must be at least 100,000.
The bidder must have at least 5 published games on the Microsoft Store.
The company must have published at least 10 apps or games on an International game publishing platform. Additionally, these games accumulated at least 5 million gameplay sessions by users will get advantage. Priority will be given to companies that publish internationally.
The game development company must generate at least $10,000 in revenue through ad monetization or any other advertising network.
The company must have international game publishing partners or any ad network partners.
The development firm must submit Recent Bank solvency certificate and liquid asset of at least TK. 50 lakhs to carry out the project.
Reasonably acceptable organizational profile having adequate permanent manpower and other office equipment and logistic support (Detailed profile of permanent manpower needs to be submitted separately).
