(e) Bank solvency certificate with bank statement copy.
(f) Experience as a supplier of similar nature supply in last 3 years.
(g) Experience as a specific amount supplier.( Successfully completion certificate & work order copy with contract value).
(h) Last 3 years audit report.
(i) Up-to-date attested photocopy of “B” or above category contractor license issued by Directorate of Factory Establishment and Inspection under Ministry of Labor and Employment. |
