| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting firm will review and enhance the enabling context for large-scale assessment activities at the DPE of MoPME and DHSE of MoE and recommend appropriate policies and strategies. The firm will also review the institutional set-up at DPE and DSHE, identify gaps, and propose recommendations on sustainable mechanisms for building in-house capacity to conduct high-quality learning assessments of students on a regular basis. a. Age of firm: Applicants are requested to submit detail of registration, tax identification etc. Should be at least ten years old.
b. Experience: At least 10 years of professional work experience (nationally and internationally) in learning assessment programs having at least 05 nos. similar assignments.
c. Key-expert: Qualification of key-expert. Long-term commitment of experts with the firm is preferred.
d. Establishment of firm: own office, permanent staff and experts, logistics etc. |
