Legal services, reviewing/drafting legal agreements and applicable relevant documents, conducting legal due diligence, VAT-Tax regulatory services and advising on legal matters in relation to investment in startups by Startup Bangladesh Limited |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• The Firm shall have a minimum of 07 (seven) years of general experience in providing legal services in the Government/Private/Autonomous sector;
• The Firm shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of experience in providing legal services, reviewing/drafting legal agreements and applicable relevant documents, conducting legal due diligence, VAT-Tax regulatory services and advising on legal matters to the government/multinational companies/development partners/private and public companies/startup & venture capital networks.
• The Firm shall have successfully delivered at least 03 (three) similar legal services within last 03 (three) years;
• The Firm shall have extensive knowledge about investigative procedures in relation to a company’s legal status, reputation, licensing, compliance and other credentials;
• The Firm shall have hands on experience in drafting, negotiating and adhering to startup investment term sheets and agreements;
• The Firm shall have prior experience in preparing transactional documents for startup companies including cross-border expertise and recordal of transactions; and
• The Firm shall have updated & valid all legal documents related to rules of business.
