| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Description of the assignment including Terms of Reference (ToR) for National Individual Consultant [Technology Management Specialist & IT Consultant (Machine Learning Expert)] and The Standard Request for Application (SRFA) for the positions will be found on the EBLICT Website (https://www.eblict.gov.bd) and BCC Website (https://www.bcc.gov.bd). It may also be collected from the Project office during office hours. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Technology Management Specialist [Package no- SD6(D)] [Nos.-01]:
(a) Bachelor in Computer Science/Engineering/ICT or equivalent from reputed university.
(b) At least 2 (two) years of experience of which 1 (one) years in the field of ICT.
(c) Experience in design and development of ICT products will have preference.
(d) Experience in similar position will get preference.
(e) Experience may be relaxed in the case of highly qualified person or person with exceptional experience and meeting all other requirements.
IT Consultant (Machine Learning Expert) [Package no- SD2(1)A] [Nos.-01]:
(a) Bachelor in Computer Science/Engineering/ICT/IT/Statistics/Applied Statistics or equivalent discipline from reputed university.
(b) Minimum 4 years experience in relevant field where 2 years in the field of Machine Learning/ AI / Big data analytics.
(c) Publication in relevant field published in international journal/conference will get preference.
(d) NLP based research/project experience will get preference.
(e) Experience may be relaxed in case of highly qualified person or person with exceptional experience and meeting all other requirements. |
