| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Objectives of the assignment: (1) To increase awareness on primary health care services and behaviour change through different national and local electronic and printing media networks. (2) Improve the understanding of primary health condition of targeted people with a special focus on women and childern and marginalized urban people through various media channels. (3) Identify key stakeholders and build strong partnerships with media and civil society for smooth implementation of the project, (4) Create awareness among the representative of ULBs and other Government, Non-Government organization, MoHFW, DGFP,DGHS, Different NGOs and other stakeholders about the health services provided under UPHCSDP-II, (5) To assist the strengthening of policy makers, ULB leaders development partners, and relevant stakeholders, including GoB and respective ULBs officials, about the role and contribution of UPHCSDP-II to improve the health status of the urban population, especially the poor, women and children, through improved access to and utilization of efficient, effective, and sustainable primary health care services and (6) Inspire and engage a cross-section of audiences, including Member of Parlament (PM), lawmakers, policymakers, government officials, Mayors of ULBs, Development Partners and journalists, to know, engage and act to improve and progress the project. |

"Interested Consulting firm must provide the following information as a part of the EOI:
(1) Organization profile, (2). General experience minimum 15 years in the relevant field, (3). Specific experience in Government Develop, implement and monitor an integrated, multi-channel behavior change communication and advocacy campaign to increase adoption of the five priority behaviors by the respective target groups.Activities with successful completion at least 02 (Two) single contract valued not less than BDT. 9 Crore (Nine Crore) last 3 years, (4) Availability of appropriate skills & qualifications among the staffs, (5) Update trade license, (6) Update income tax payment certificate, (7) VAT registration certificate, (8) Bank solvency certificate with value, and (9) Name and CV of 3 professional staff & central key personnel describing their qualifications and experience relevant field. |

Any class one Gazetted Official must attest all the photocopy of the legal documents. |
