The assignment is to provide IT Infrastructure Operations Support Services for Data Center of Management Information System (MIS), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Interested eligible consultancy service provider should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to provide the IT Infrastructure Operations Support Services (ITES) of Data Center to DGHS. The short-listing criteria are: Shall have at least 5 (Five) years of experience providing similar kind of services. Should have experience in providing support services in a large-scale mission critical VMware Virtual infrastructure at any government, semi-government or autonomous organization. Proven experience & sound technical knowledge in Data Center Management, Server Management & Network Infrastructure Management. Should have Principal Level VMware Partnership. Should have VMware Partner-Led Customer Success Specialization. Should have VMware Master Services Competency in (i) Data Center Virtualization (ii) Network Virtualization (iii) VMware Cloud Foundation and (iv) Cloud Native. Availability of key professionals. Financial soundness of the firm. Staffing and logistics of the firm. Eligible Consultancy Service Provider firm are advised to submit the following supporting documents against the above-mentioned criteria: 1. Commercial Documents: Copy of certificate of incorporation or registration of the firm. Copy of latest trade license of the firm. Copy of updated Tax return certificate. Copy of VAT registration certificate. Bank solvency certificate. Copy of VMware Partnership Certificate Document for necessary proof of VMware Partner-Led Customer Success Specialization Copy of Certificate of Master Services Competency. Copy of Work Order by the client for large scale Virtual Infrastructure support service.
