INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1.Supervise and review the PC Girder Form work, scaffolding, design and comments on the contractor design.
2. Supervise and review the cable profile if necessary.
3. Assist the mix design of PC Girder Concrete.
4. Remain present at the bridge site during concreting of PC Girder and maintaining quality of works.
5. Monitor and remain present at bridge site during PC Girder post-tensioning, Grouting, Girder erection & Installation on bearing pad.
6. Monitor the deviation between the calculated & observed post tensioned pressure and identify the reason behind this.
7. Assist the Design & Supervision Engineer as required for qualitative and timely completion of the project.
8. Provide technical support to Project Director regarding PC Girder construction works of the project bridges.
9. During the PC Girder construction, if any problem arises provide appropriate suggestion to the Project Director.
10. Provide training for PC girder construction work.
11. Provide Technical Support to the PD and LGED Officials.
4. Reporting Requirement
Monthly Progress Report: The consultant shall submit a monthly progress report in brief and concise form using the approved format. The report will describe progress of activities planned for previous month along with plan for the next month. The report also state problems encountered, or problems anticipated together with steps taken or recommendations for their correction.
