INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will conduct an impact evaluation of the completed project according to approved Terms of References (ToR). The objective of this assignment is to conduct an impact evaluation of the project titled “Secondary Education Stipend Project (SESP-II)” in all aspects in collaboration with the project authority, concerned ministry/division, agencies and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, how far changes created and how the livelihood of beneficiaries as well as in the society is benefitted due to the establishment. The consulting firm will also identify the limitations, challenges, shortfalls or any other issues during and after the project implementation. Based on the findings, the recommendations made by the consulting farm would be an evidence-based guideline to direct in project selection, preparation and implementation of similar projects in the future. |
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

(a) At least 03 years’ experience in conducting research or relevant (Impact Evaluation) studies.

i) Application with documents/proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with EOI for impact evaluation of the project “Secondary Education Stipend Project (SESP-II) ”. It contains but is not limited to the following: a) Letter of submission. b) Registration Certificate of the firm. c) Valid Trade License. d) VAT Registration Certificate. e) UpToDate Tax Return Certificate. f) Brochure of the consulting firm summarizing their area of expertise. g) Experience of the firm in similar Tasks/Assignments. h) Overall diversified experience of the firm. i) Bank Solvency Certificate. j) Last 3 (three) year’s annual turnover supported with an audit report of the company. k) Availability of appropriate professionals (list of relevant professional staff, their qualifications & area of expertise to be furnished).
ii) All copies of documents should be duly attested.
iii) Application with documents/proposal shall be delivered to the Office of Director General, Monitoring and Evaluation Sector-6, Room# 26, Building# 11, IMED.
iv) Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with PPA-2006 and PPR- 2008 and Public Procurement Procedures issued by GOB with its updated amendments.
v) No late delivery beyond the closing date/time will be accepted.
