Brief Description of Assignment |

"The required work/services are subject to but not limited to the following conditions:
• Detailed digital and topography survey of the proposed International Standard Upper Upscale Hotel and Tourism Institute project.
• Provide Feasibility Study Report of the project along with traffic survey and study in the proposed project area.
• Preparation of project master plan.
• Preparation of detailed layout design of the project.
• Preparation of detailed Architectural design , Structural, MEP and HVAC Design .
• Landscape and Arboriculture proposals and detailed design.
• Preparation of Feasibility Study Report including Detailed Estimate, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) Economic Study Report, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and DPP preperation of the project.
• Detailed Geo Techinical investigation of the proposed site • Preparation of proposed project estimates and tender documents." |
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

"• Consulting firm with minimum 10 (Ten) years experience in consulting services.
• Should have Design Experience of at least 02 (Two) International Standard Upper Upscale Hotel and Tourism Institute project within last 5 (Five) years. (Public or Private sector). • Should have experience of preparing at least 02 (Two) feasibility report of 02 (Two) International Standard Upper Upscale Hotel and Tourism Institute project
• Provision of sufficient facilities at the workplace of the organization and proof of special skills and presentation of legal documents and certificates including Company registration, TIN Certificate, Financial Statement (2019-2020, 2020-21, 2021-22), Income Tax Certificate.
• Evidence of equivalent work with detailed description.
• List of ongoing similar nature consulting services.
• Ensuring availability of experienced, professionals and qualified technical persons and staff for related work.
• Ensuring the necessary capabilities and facilities to perform the assigned functions.
• Institutional capacity, administrative capacity, logistics (office space, equipment inventory, transport etc.) and financial capacity." |

"(01) A consulting firm will be finally selected as per Public Procurement Act, 2006 and Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
(02) Initial/short listed organizations will be requested to submit detailed technical and financial proposal later.
(03) Consultancy institutes may be associated with other institutes for qualification enhancement. Joined Venture Proposal will be accepted as per PPR 2008.
(4) The original expression of interest should be sent to the specified address in the envelope titled ""International Standard Upper Upscale Hotel and Tourism Institute at Sector: 06, Road: 219 Plot: 004, Purbachal New Town Project."" (5) No application shall be entertained after the expiry of the prescribed time period for calling for expressions of interest.
