1. Field Resident Engineer: Supervision & Quality Control of Bridges and Roads.
2. Quantity Surveyor/Survey Expert: Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, cost planning, monitoring and control cost, conduct detailed digital survey, topographical and physical survey. |

1. Field Resident Engineer
a) Educational Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized University/Institute.
b) Experience & adequacy for the assignment:
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with 5(five) years of in which 3 years of supervision experience of the implementation of infrastructure projects or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 8(eight) years of in which 5 years of supervision experience of the implementation of infrastructure projects.
c) Suitability:
• Computer skill (MS word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Training in relevant areas etc.
2. Quantity Surveyor/Survey Expert
a) Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Civil Engineering
b) Experience & adequacy for the assignment:
General Experience 8(Eight) years with 5(Five) years relevant experience in field of Cost estimate, budgets, cost planning, monitoring, surveying and control of cost.
c) Suitability:
• Computer skill (MS word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
Training in relevant areas etc. |

Interested candidates are requested to collect Terms of Reference (TOR) and standard forms (RFA) [complete set of “Request for Application”] which may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours and applicants shall have to submit EOI in a sealed envelope labeled with Individual Consultant at PD office of BDIRWSP, LGED, HQ, RDEC Bhaban, Level-9, Agagargaon, Dhaka. All requirements, experience, selection criteria, TOR are mentioned in the standard forms (RFA). |
