INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Scope of service includes but not limited to the followings:
a) Supplying, installation and commissioning electronic/web-based computerized Toll Collection system at Atrai Toll Plaza, Gurudaspur, Natore.
b) Operation and Management (O&M) of Electronic/web-based Computerized Toll Collection System at Atrai toll plaza.
c) Up-gradation of existing toll collection system including solution for online (web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring system, establishing link with BRTA data base system and radio frequency identification system (RFID).
d) Supply and installation of Smart Card System for Toll Collection of at Atrai Toll Plaza.
e) Ensure traffic management, safety and security support within the service area.
f) Ensure total backup support and supply of necessary spare parts from ready stock for smooth operation of toll collection system for 24/7 basis.
g) Ensure security support in software for toll operation system.
h) Networking with Bank for auto money transfer of collected toll.
i) Insurances.
j) Technology transfer and institutional training.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Experience of the Firm in similar assignment completed successfully during the last 10 (ten) years as follows:
a) Design, development, supply & installation or up-gradation of online (web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring and electronic/Web-based computerized toll collection system of major bridge/ flyover/ highway/expressway with minimum value of BDT 20 (Twenty) Lakh in a single contract completed over a period of last 10 (ten) years.
b) Operation & Management (O&M) of online (web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring and electronics/computerized toll collection system of major bridge/ flyover/ highway/ expressway with minimum value BDT 1 (One) crore in a single contract completed over a period of last 10 (ten) years.
2. General Experience of the Firm(s) in similar assignment executed/completed shall be minimum 5 (Five) years in similar operating conditions.
3. Availability of the appropriate skilled staff (list of relevant professional staff including their qualification & experience in similar nature of works) and availability of the resources & demonstration capacity to carry out such assignment.
4. Financial capability & administrative/managerial strength:
a) Average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 2 (Two) crore over the last 5 (five) years.
b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be BDT 50 (Fifty) Lakh.
c) Company’s incorporation certificate, updated trade license, VAT registration certificate, latest income tax (IT) certificate and administrative/managerial structure with company’s organogram with list of staff.
d) Certificate from ISO / CMMI 3/ BASIS.

Submission of EOI shall be in closed format mentioning the name and address of the Applicant, EOI no. & date and be addressed to the EOI issuing Authority in 2 (two) copies; 1 (one) marked as ‘ORIGINAL’ and other as ‘COPY’ separate envelope in the form of book binding. Both the “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” shall have to cover within a single envelope. The Applicant shall mention the page no. serially and signed by authorized representative in every page of submitted EOI document. |
