| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The Description of assignment including Terms of Reference (ToR) for National Individual Consultant “Technology Management Specialist” and The Standard Request for Application (SRFA) for the position will be found at EBLICT Website (https://www.eblict.gov.bd) and BCC Website (https://www.bcc.gov.bd). It may also be collected from the Project office during office hours. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Technology Management Specialist [Package no- SD6(A)] [Nos.-01]:
(a) Bachelor in Computer Science/Engineering/ICT or equivalent from reputed university.
(b) At least 2 (two) years of experience of which 1 (one) year in the field of ICT.
(c) Experience in design and development of ICT products will have preference.
(d) Experience in similar position will get preference.
(e) Experience may be relaxed in case of highly qualified person or person with exceptional experience and meeting all other requirements.
(f) Experience in Bangla Computing will be treated as an added advantage. |

Applicants shall have to submit their EOI along with a forwarding letter, complete CV (in prescribed format) and relevant documents in support of educational qualification & experience in a sealed envelope clearly marked/labeled as “Expression of Interest for ‘Technology Management Specialist [Package no- SD6(A)] under Enhancement of Bangla Language in ICT through Research & Development Project (1st revised) to the following address. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Act- 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules-2008 (as amended). |
