INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
(1) EOI shall be submitted as per prescribed format, described in the (SRFA) documents.
(2) EOI shall be submitted in sealed envelope and those shall be clearly marked as "Expressions of Interest for Selection of (Name of the Consultant/Position)" on the envelope.
(3) Contact address with email and mobile number of the applicant should be written on the left side of the envelope.
(4) The applicants need to submit Curriculam Vitae (CV) along with copies of academic, training and experience certificates and one passport size photograph.
(5) 02 (two) sets of EOI (1 original + 1 copy) filled in the prescribed format with supporting documents shall be submitted.
(6) Applicants shall provide information and submit documents indicating their competence to perform the expected/said services/works.
(7) Experiences on similar nature of works specially experience on design and supervision on construction works will be given preference.
(8) Delayed submission of application shall not be allowed.
(9) Conditions, mentioned in the TOR must be followed by the applicants.

Civil Engineering Consultant 01 B. Sc in Civil Engineering 12 (Twelve) Years (1) The responsibilities of the consultant are to provide consultancy services in connection with preparing plans, designs, specifications, cost estimation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), construction supervision and quality control for construction of new infrastructures of the Bangabandhu Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center (BBCFEC) at Purbachal New Town, Rupganj, Narayanganj complying with specified technical standards, applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, quality and time-frame.
(2) Details of the assignments have been described in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for recruiting the consultant.
Electrical Engineering Consultant 01 B.Sc in Electrical Engineering 12 (Twelve) Years (1) The responsibilities of the consultant are to provide consultancy services in connection with preparation of Electrical Engineering machinery/ equipment plans, design, specifications, cost estimation, BOQ, equipment installation supervision and quality control for the construction of new infrastructures of the said center complying with specified technical standards, applicable codes and accepted engineering practices, quality and time-frame.
(2) Details of the assignments have been described in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for recruiting the consultant.
Mechanical Engineering Consultant 01 B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering 12 (Twelve) Years (1) The responsibilities of the consultant are to provide consultancy services in connection with preparation of Mechanical Engineering machinery /equipment plans, design, specifications, cost estimation, BOQ, equipment installation supervision and quality control for the construction of new infrastructures of the said center complying with specified technical standards, applicable codes and accepted engineering practices, quality and time-frame.
(2) Details of the assignments to be provided by the consultant, have been described in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for recruiting the consultant.
Procurement Related Consultant 01 Bachelor Degree in any Engineering Discipline or Master Degree in Procurement
/Commerce/Business Management
/Finance/Law Minimum 10 (Ten) years working experience in any Govt./Non-Govt. organization along with Minimum 07 (Seven)Years practical experience in the field of Procurements.
(1) Providing services to accomplish all procurement related activities of the BCFEC Project in compliance with the project’s goals and objectives and in effective and transparent manner in accordance with the Procurement Guidelines of the Government’s Public Procurement Act 2006/Rules 2008(PPA/PPR), as is applicable.
(2) Details of the assignments to be provided have been described in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for recruiting the consultant.
Availability of Application Form/Format, Terms of Reference (TOR), Format of Request for Application (RFA) : Complete set of Standard Request for Application (SRFA) documents including Terms of Reference (TOR), Application Submission Form/Format, CV Form, Remuneration Rate and Reimbursable Expenses Form etc will be available in the website address "http://epb.gov.bd" of The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) from 12/12/2022 to 26/12/2022.
