| Brief Description of Assignment |

It needs to prepare 'DSDL-05 E-Billing & Session Management System'. Where it includes 1. Bill Management, 2. Bill Examine in Committee & Legislative Drafting Unit, 3. Session & President’s Speech Management. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The firms must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
1. Must be a local IT/ITES firm with minimum 5 years of practical experience of software, development and implementation. Consulting firm must submit NoA/Agreements, Completion Certificates as proven documents for experience.
2. Must have minimum 30 (Thirty) software development related ICT (CSE/CS/IT) personnel.
3. Must have experience in design, development and implementation of minimum 3 (three) Software projects. 02 (Two) Project in Government Organization with contract value minimum individually BDT 50(Fifty) lakh.
4. Must have liquid assets as working capital or credit line minimum BDT 50 (Fifty) Lakh.
5. Yearly turnover amounting at least BDT 50 (Fifty) Lakh on average. Must submit up to date audit report of previous 3(three) years.
6. Must have valid updated Trade license, Income Tax Payment certificates, VAT Registration certificates, certificate of incorporation.
N.B.: Other documents except above mentioned will not be considered for evaluation. Interested firms must submit their EoI with proper indexing mentioning the above criteria. |
