INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) is organizing, Digital World, the flagship event of ICT Division, as the executing agency of ICT Division in 2022. The event will be organized for celebrating Digital Bangladesh and will include but not limited to Showcasing of ICT product & service, startup summit, Conference, Seminar, Concert and exhibition of success stories of Digital Bangladesh. Bangladeshi Event Management/ Advertising companies, experienced in working with Govt./Autonomous bodies, are requested to participate in this EoI. |

The firms must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Must have minimum 7 (Seven) years of overall experience and minimum 5 (Five) years’ experience in providing related services as mentioned in serial No.6;
2. Must have technical resources and facilities available for executing related services;
3. Must have experience of arranging 5 (Five) IT related Program/Event.
4. Must have fulltime Team Leader, Event Director, ICT Facility Manager, IT Support Engineer, Event Planning Manager, Event Manager, Logistics Manager, Graphics Designer, Content Creators, Event & Logistics Coordinator, and other technical and support Staff having experiences in organizing National/International Event. (No CV is required at EoI stage. CV will be evaluated in RFP Stage.)
5. Must have sufficient amount of liquid assets, as working capital or credit line(s) of minimum 2 (Two) crore taka.
6. Must submit up to date audit report of previous 3 (three) years;
7. Must have valid update Trade license, Income tax certificate, VAT Registration certificates, certificate of incorporation.
8. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 (Rules 54)
