| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

a. Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in developing projects within the software development or software solution sector (INGO, UN, World Bank, different Ministries/ Division/ Autonomous bodies/ Non-govt. organizations/ Govt. organizations).
b. Evidence of successful implementation of Software technology services in one year worth at least 1,00,00,000.00 (one crore) taka or equivalent US Dollars for government or non-government organizations within a period of last three years.
c. Evidence of permanent office (ownerships document/ rental deed) in Bangladesh.
d. Reasonably acceptable organizational profile having adequate permanent human resources and other office equipment and logistic support (Detailed profile of permanent human resources needs to be submitted separately).
e. The vendor should have experience in software development using modern software development methodology. Need to express methodology, environment, platform and tools to be used for development and better communication.
f. Pmp, Prince2, MCP, and Internet security certified must have the development team for the successful handover of the project.
g. Vendor must have to be Experienced in Android & IOS App, SMS, Email Integration, Map-Based Service, Cloud Servers AWS, Google cloud & SEO.
h. The vendor must have a UI & UX team and have to submit a proposed UI with Understanding this project. |
