| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
This project aims to improve access to water and sanitation and promote legal empowerment of women and vulnerable groups in low-income slum communities in DESWSP's commanding and surrounding areas in Dhaka through the achievement of three outputs:
(i) Access of women and vulnerable groups in selected slums to improved water and sanitation services strengthened.
(ii) Sectoral policies, planning, and capacity for gender-responsive and socially inclusive responses to WASH challenges strengthened, and
(iii) Participation of women and vulnerable groups in water, sanitation, and slum governance strengthened and mechanisms for their legal empowerment developed. |

A. Name of the Post : Grant Coordinator
i. No. of the post -1 (One)
ii. Duration of the Service: 30 (Person Months)
iii. Qualification Requirements: Should have at least Master Degree in Social Sciences /Development Studies or related field.
iv. Overall Experience: Should have 17 years overall experience in project management in development field/ project (in National /International Organization).
v. Specific Experience
a. 07 yrs experience in gender & development related works
b. Work experience with DWASA and in the project funded by International donor including ADB would be preferable. (Details in TOR)
B. Administrative and Finance Expert
i. No. of the post -1 (One)
ii. Duration of the Service: 30 (Person Months)
iii. Qualification Requirements: Should have a post-graduate degree in Financial Management, higher educational qualification would be advantageous.
iv. Overall Experience: Must have 15 years overall experience in related field.
vi. Specific Experience
a. Should have a post-graduate degree in Financial Management, higher educational qualification would be advantageous.
b. At least 03 years of experience in office communications and administrative and secretarial works. (Details in TOR) |

1. 3. The Consultants shall be selected and engaged in accordance with the ``Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and its Borrowers (June 2018), as amended from time to time.’’
4.
