| Brief Description of Assignment |

Scope of service includes but not limited to the following:
• Web Based Toll Collection Activities through the system installed for vehicular traffic and also for weigh scale system.
• Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Real-Time Web-Based Toll Collection System including monitoring.
• Installation of RFID based pre-paid smart cards and wind shield tags enable “Touch-and-Go” and “Fast Track/ETC” Toll Collection System.
• The Web-Based Toll Collection system should be fully operational and functional for all the time (24/7) within the contract period.
• The assignment period will be 24 months starting from the 1st day of handing over the site.
• RHD reserves the right to reject any of the works or service which is unsatisfactory or not in accordance with the contract document.

The EOI will be evaluated on the basis of the following (along with certified English Transcript if not in English):
• Registration of the Firm;
• Legal Entitlements of the Firm (Trade License, TIN, VAT Registration. etc.): Company Profile: Management, Personnel (especially key personnel) and Performance (limited to 3 Pages); Summary of Permanent Professional Staff with key qualification (qualification and experience);
• Average annual turnover in the last 03 (Three) years. (including audited financial statement for last 03 ( Three) years);
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be BDT 1.00 crore;
• General and Overall Experience of the firm(s) and
• Experience in similar nature of service over the last 10 years (limited to 5 pages);
Following Service will be treated as a similar nature of service:
“ Operation and Maintenance of Real-Time Web-Based Toll Collection System for Bridge / Flyover / Highway / Expressway”
