Minimum Bachelor degree in education or TVET or related field with Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A) Level-IV certification. • At least 10 years' general experience in developing and managing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs across different trade areas.
• At least 5 years' specific experience in developing & reviewing and validating, Competency Standards (CS), Course Accreditation Documents (CAD), Curriculum, Competency Based Learning Materials (CBLM) and Assessment Tools in TVET/similar familiarity with international practice of the same.
• Familiarity with ongoing issues in the national procedure on the relevant areas.
• Experience in facilitating skills training programs as a trainer or assessor will be an added advantage. |

The place of work is Dhaka. The indicative date of commencement is 15.09.2022 and duration of assignment is 30 months. A copy of the Terms of references (TOR), Standard Request for Application (SRFA) will be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours and the website of National Skills Development Authority (www.nsda.gov.bd). The interested Applicants are requested to apply the position providing information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Complete CV with attested copies of educational, training and experience certificates as required for the position). The applicant shall submit Expression of Interest (EOI) by 2.00 PM of 17-08-2022, in sealed envelope, clearly marked “Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for Competency Standard Expert” to the undersigned by hand/courier service/Guaranteed express from post office. Any EOI received after the deadline will not be accepted. Any persuasion by the applicant will be treated as disqualification.
