1. Name of Position: National Consultant for the management of Implementation of Shasthyo Surokhsha Karmasuchi (SSK): 01 (One)
Minimum Educational Qualifications: MBBS OR Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/Public Health/ Economics/ Health Economics/ Development Studies/ Management/ Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Other Relevant Fields
Required Work Experience : 10 years in managerial positions at recognized Public/ Private/ NGO/ International Agencies
Preferences: Doctoral Degree in Social Sciences/ Public Health/ Economics/ Health Economics/ Development Studies/ Management/ Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Other Relevant Fields Working Experience in Health Service Delivery/ Social Health Insurance/ Health Protection Schemes
2. Name of Position: National Consultant for overseeing procurement and financial management regarding Implementation of Shasthyo Surokhsha Karmasuchi (SSK): 01 (One)
Minimum Educational Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management/ Economics / Finance/ Law/ Management/ Other Relevant Fields
Required Work Experience : 10 years of total experience in procurement execution/ oversight positions at recognized Public/ Private/ NGO/ International Agencies with at least 5 years of experience in Public sector/ recognized International Organizations/ INGOs
Preferences: Master’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management Advanced Professional Qualifications in procurement (eg. MCIPS, CPSM) Certification on PRPR/PPA and eGP Working Experience in procurement execution/ oversight positions in the Health Sector |

Number (Mentioned on the Request for Application Document found on the notice board on www.heu.gov.bd), Name, Address, Phone No. and Email Address of the applicant to the address of Health Economics Unit within the deadline- 02:00 PM, 12/08/2022 CE.
4. The Consultant will be hired as per the “Selection of Individual Consultants (SIC)” method of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.
