| Brief Description of Assignment |

PCI DSS for all the card (Debit/Credit/Prepaid) related transactions performed through any interface (i.e. ATM, Internet Banking, e-commerce, mobile banking and digital banking apps if applicable) of payment Switch. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. Brochures/Company Profile submitted by the Applicants summarizing their facilities and areas of expertise;
2. Descriptions of at least 02 (Two) similar assignments conducted in local banks/ Financial Institutions within last 05 (Five) years (Completion certificate should be submitted);
3. At least 05 (Five) years of overall Experience in similar operating environment and conditions. In case of participating as Joint Venture, each member of Joint Venture should have minimum 05 (Five) years overall business experience and all legal notarized documents related to Joint Venture should be submitted according to Rule-54 of Public Procurement Rule-2008.
4. The Company (Qualified Security Assessor) must qualified by the PCI Security Standards Council (In case of Joint Venture, Local lead company must qualified by the PCI Security Standards Council).
5. The Project Manager should be PCI QSA/CISSP/CISM/CISA certified professional with minimum five (5) years of experience.
6. Detail Organizational Structure.
7. Average Annual Turn Over of the firm(s) during the last five (05) years should be mentioned (Summary sheet of Turnover statement and year wise Audited financial reports of the firm(s) should be enclosed).
8. Must have minimum 10 (ten) employee which at least 02 (Two) PCI QSA should be in the organization as a regular employee. Having more PCI QSA will be preferred.
9. Must have own/partner registered office in Bangladesh.
10. Registration of firm(s) including following legal documents
i. VAT registration certificate.
ii. Up to date Trade License.
iii. Certificate of Incorporation (If any).
iv. Latest Income Tax clearance certificate.
If the applicant fails to submit any of the above (Serial 1-10) required documentary evidences, their tender/application/proposal would be treated as Non-Responsive. |
