| Brief Description of Assignment |

Lot-1
(1) The firm should have experience of doing Financial Advisory and fund raising for large Company .
Lot-2
1) Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) enlisted valuer should be appointed to do the revalution.
2) The Consultants/Firms shall have requisite number of Experienced Key Professionals like Engineers, Chartered accountants,valuer, surveyor to carry out the valuation services. A list of Partners, Key professional, Articled Students, Course completed students and Experience in similar working conditions should be submitted.
3) The firms shall have experiences in physical verification and valuation of fixed assets for any public sector utility
Common Qualifications & Experiences
1) The firm shall have BIN, Updated Trade License and legal capacity to do the services
2) E-TIN certificate & Income Tax return certificate along with acknowledgement slips of last fiscal year.
3) The firm has to submit a Bank Solvency Certificate along with Bank statement form last 06 (six) months.
4) Brochures submitted by the applicants summarizing their facilities and areas of expertise.
5) Curriculum Vitae with photograph and signature for key professional of the firm. |

EOI can be submitted by applicants for either or both lots. The EOI shall be submitted in two sets (one original & one copy) on or before specific date and time to the office of Director (Finance), Head office (3rd floor), Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution Company Limited. The Proposals will be open on Date:13/06 /2022, Time: 12:30 pm in presence of the representives of the EOI applicants (if any). The EOI shall be submitted in sealed envelope and clearly marked with name of the assignment to the office of Inviting official. |
