| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
a) Conduct topographical, land use, physical hydrological, archaeological, geological, traffic and transportation, drainage, existing flora and fauna and other relevant surveys.
b) Preparation of master plan. Carry out market survey to ascertain the demand of the land for various usage (commercial, residential, recreational, institutional etc.). Prepare alternate options (type and height of buildings) for development and relevant marketing strategy.
c) Conducting EIA and SIA study Transport plan considering the growth of traffic for next 50 years (TIA).
d) Detail Architectural, structural, plumbing, electro-mechanical design drawings & Cost Estimate |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Submission of Brochure of the firm.
2. Descriptions and details of performed two no’s similar assignments of any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations.
3. Availability of appropriate professionals including architects engineers to perform the assignment as described in cluse # 15.
4. The firm should have experience in architectural and engineering design and supervision of construction works of at least of a building of total floor area not less than of 150,000 (One Lac Fifty Thousand) square feet by a single contract.
5. The firm should have experience of minimum two no’s feasibility study works of any government, semi-government/ autonomous/ organizations.
6. The firm should have submit updated Trade license, income tax clearance certificate, Tin Certificate, VAT certificate, Bank Solvency certificate, last three years audit report.
7. Evidences that the firm experiences of at least 15 years’ experience in architectural and engineering design and supervision of construction works. |
